Hi, i currently own a condo with my husband and would like to purchase an with my daughter [25 years old]. Am i eligible to purchase an EC in the open market without having to relinguish my ownership of this current condo?

Hi Joyze,
You are eligible to buy an EC in the Open Market with your daughter without having to relinquish your ownership of your current condo.
