Good evening Sir/ Mdm,

I am afraid you will not eligible for HDB loan and CPF housing grant now unless you dispose off your private first and observe a waiting period of 30 months to be eligible. But you should be eligible for proximity grant because you never take it before.

You will not be eligible for CPF Housing Grant, as you will have to dispose off your private properties 30 months prior to the application of the Grant.

You will however be eligible for Proximity Housing Grant, if you had not taken it before.
