I am impressed that you have did your fair bit of research in terms of selling price range for your existing unit.

Selling a unit takes time and buying a unit also takes time to complete. Your existing options to purchase a unit near to the schools mentioned will require careful execution, especially so if you need to complete this purchase simultaneously with your sale to ensure roof overhead for yourself and family.
