With your MOP being in June 2012, you can start to plan for the upcoming future. The hunt would vary, depending on your requirement and specification. As for the sales, it would also depend on your asking price, location, facing, area size and the economy situation then. Based on normal situation, starting somewhere in April should be good, if you are using contra facility.
