HI, I bought my flat at $150,000,outstanding loan till now is $117,000. If my flat is sold at $300,000, how much will i get in cash and have to return to CPF? After all the fees or whatever fees. Thank you.

Morning Nick,

This would depend on how much CPF have being used and the interest that it have incurred. As for the fees incurred, it would depend on whether you are using HDB loan or bank loan and whether you have any outstanding payment that might be due soon, ie: upgrading cost.
