I bought my condo in 2013 - otp was signed in February and completion was in May.
If I want to sell without paying ssd - can I sell by February 2017 or must wait till may?
Given current slowdown, when do you suggest I start marketing ? This is a 3 bedder 1152 sqft freehold property on district 14. Thanks.

Afternoon,

Marketing of your unit is feasible by Feb 2017. However to start marketing your unit now might be too early. Interested buyers will not want to hold the OTP till 2017.
