Hi, I bought a property few months ago. However, the developer recently offers stamp duty absorption & renovation rebate to its new purchasers.

Would appreciate professional advice as to whether I can request the developer for the same perks as well. If possible, how do I proceed with the request?

Hi.

I think the best way is to call your agent or the developer directly for help.

But just something for thought: if the developer had increased their price on the project, can they similarly call you and ask you to top up cos you would have had bought at a lower price earlier? Hmm... Read More
