Hi, I bought a condo 3 years ago at 680k and not yet TOP. and loan has only been disbursbed 10% (I paid 40% cash). If I can sell at 800k now, does this mean I get net cash back of about 700k (deducting the 10% loan + other incidental such as 4% SSD, etc)?

Morning,

As the bank had only dispersed 10% of the mortgage, you will need to deduct that component, the amount of CPF (including interest) which you have utilized, the SSD payment, agent commission and legal fee payable.
