Hi, I bought a 5 room flat using HDB grant on 01/11/2007. it's a second loan from HDB.Now I am planning to sell and buy a mansanate from bank loan . Do I need to pay the resale levy to HDB.Thanks in advance.

Morning John,

You would have fulfilled your MOP by this Nov, if you have taken grant for this purchase. If you have purchased this unit without grant, you are already eligible for resale. For the purchase of EM, using bank loan, you are not required to pay resale levy.

You do not have to pay resale levy if you invest in resale Maisonette.

Afternoon John,

You wont have to pay any resale levy as you will only be able to take up bank loan only after using HDB loan twice.
