Hi Mr Wong,

Touching my heart, I have to say if your investment horizon is about 2020 which is about 5 years from now, I wouldn't advise you to look into any of these 2 projects, even if 1 maybe a slightly better choice, simply because the growth will likely be so negligible that after liquidating, your proceeds may not be significant at all. It is advisable to look at investment options which gives you immediate rental returns that are decent instead as they are more assured when it comes to investment perspective, unless you have plans to move in for occupation.
