There are really many factors that affects the price of the house. Of course if you are really thinking of selling, one very important thing we should do is to do a valuation for the house. The selling price of the house is made up of 2 components which is the valuation and the cash-over-valuation (COV).

Definitely another thing that can affect the price of the house, is also the real estate salesperson skills and sales tactics.
