The current estimated value for you unit is around $400k, with possible COV asking of $30k to $45k, depending on your unit's level, condition and facing.
The advantage is that as your block's LUP is due for billing but chinese buyer can only buy from chinese seller.
As to how much I can get for you, I must really meet you before I can give you the real sensing.
