Hi, I am staying at 5Room Blk 678D Jurong West and want to move to a place nearer to a swimming pool. Blk 297 Bukit Batok is my ideal block. 4Room is ok for me. Can some body let me know the financial impact?

Afternoon Kelvin,

The current estimated selling price for your unit is around $550k. As for 4 room flat around 29X, it will range around $530k to $560k, depending on the unit level, condition, facing and ethnic restriction. Since I do not know details like your age, loan ability, available CPF OA after sales, I'm unable to advise you on the possible impact.
