Hi,

I am SPR and my family SPR too.

I bought my currrent mid-high floor 4A BTO HDB in 2012 in Bukit Panjang MRT vicinity. As per the current market trend, I am in net loss.

How do the future trends look in 3-5 years? I am thinking to sell the unit because I am getting nervous about the HDB prices drowning further. Will it be a wise decision to sell in order to minimise the losses, or should I hold on and wait?
