hi, i am Singapore PR 40 years, status married living with wife and 1 boy (both PR too), have 3 queries :
1. budget 350k looking for resale HDB, i only can get 3 room in tampines with building year +/-1986 but in Serangoon, Hougang, Sengkang, Punggol might get 4 room with building year +/-2000. Which one better for future with Gov.Planning ?
2. i only have choice bank loan with 80:20 with tenor 25 years.
5% : cash 17.5k SGD
15% : CPF 52.5k SGD
80% : bank loan 280k SGD
is there any simple illustration to show sequence and timing (3-5 months) ? e.g : start when dealing with seller,give downpayment, ask IPA bank loan, lawyer bank, form withdraw OA CPF board, pay BSD, pay ABSD, until hand over seller to me.
3. As Singapore PR, i try to calculate BSD & ABSD roughly require 28k-30k SGD. IS this can be use OA CPF ?
