Hi, I am planning to sell my 2+1 condo unit in D19.
Bought it in second half of 2011, do I have to pay SSD? Can I sell the unit myself?
If not, any agents who specialise in D19 and like to take up the sale? Thanks.

Afternoon,

SSD is applicable to any residential unit sold within 4 years time frame, in reference to your S&P date, which is purchased after Jan 2011.

Do contact me further if you require my assistance.
