Good day, how are you? Pertaining to your 2 other questions to Geryl and Raymond, please find my reply below:

- Singapore PR are allowed to own landed housing provided that the SPR applies for approval through LDAU, a Singapore government unit that governs whether he is approved of buying based on certain criterias.

- I would suggest that you can instead invest on condominium instead, if you are looking into housing.

I will try to pay attention to this thread but it might be better if you want to contact me directly through email or phone since there may be other criteria or things you will need to know as an investor on housing to Singapore. I will try to help whenever possible.
