Hi, I am looking to buy a 1BR condo purely for rental income. At a budget of $500k, what are my options at this time? Some additional info, I am single, 30 & this will be my first property purchase.

I do not have a preference on freehold or leasehold. But leasehold should preferably be <5 years in age.

I know there are several options along the Geylang / Aljunied area. Apart from this area, are there other options?

Dear sir/mdm,

$500k range in fact does not give you many options. Other than potentially Aljunied and Geylang area, the next location I can think of is Parc Rosewood in Woodlands. Is the $500k budget worked out based on your own estimation?
