Hi i am looking for either a HDB 5 room or EC in Ang Mo Kio. but i dont think we are eligible now as my wife and i have exceeded the minimum cap for EC which is 10K or 12k now. We are staying in Sengkang now and heard that we can sell our flat for around SGD500K? we bought this from the resale market 5 years ago. Any advice?
