Hi, I am looking at buying a shophouse. I currently own a private property. In such case, is it true that my loan from the bank will be at a max 50%? Also, please leave your contact. I am looking in buying the shophouse in 2014. Thanks

Hi sir, it is not true. Depending on your income and other factors, banks can still loan you up till 80%
