If you are talking about whether you can sell if you own a property in Singapore, it would be yes. 3) You may get a loan as a foreigner, however, it will be subject to the bank criteria for a loan.

Foreigners are eligible to buy private strata-titled residential properties in Singapore. Take note that foreigners will be subjected to Additional Buyer Stamp Duty (ABSD) for all purchases.

There is no restrictions for you to sell off your property should the need arises. However, do take note that you may incur Seller Stamp Duty (SSD) should you sell off the property within 3 years of the purchase.

As for loan matters, it would be advisable for you to check with a mortgage banker. Do let me know if you need any recommendation.
