Hi I am entitled for the GST voucher for conservancy charges.But I just rent out my whole unit and I was told that landlord must pay the conservancy charges.In the mth of July I paid 50% as stated in the GST voucher. But I was ask to pay the whole amount. I ask why must I pay the whole amount, the answer is if you least out the while unit I am not entitle for the GST voucher. I find it very ridiculous I am born a Singapore citizen and am a senior citizen. Suffered through out my life and has to rent out the whole unit due to some financial difficulties. But I was told I am not entitled for the GST voucher for conservancy charges. Who is the one who impose all this laws. Where is justice. Utilities Bill tenants pay then why landlord should pay conservancy charges. Once I rent out the house I am branded as a foreigner to say that I am not entitle for the GST voucher.
