Hi,

I am currently staying in a 4RM HDB flat brought directly from HDB first timer(no subsidy) since 2009 June.

I am think of buying Buying a unit in Trilliant Tampines EC which TOP in 2015. I understand that there is a MOP that i need to observe however, I am not sure how it will apply on me.

So the question is, can I get a unit now?
