Hi, i am currently renting a condo and i,ve been staying in the unit for only 5 months. The airconditioning unit suddenly had a water leak and according to the aircon technician, the hose needs to be replaced due to wear and tear. I'm thinking that expenses should be shouldered by the owner as the aircon unit is already 4 years old and we only used that for 5 months. Am i right?
