Good morning,

Your salesperson should have indicated during the submission of OTP to HDB that the buyers have granted the extension of stay. As you do not have any documentation to cover that, HDB rulings indicate that sellers are to vacate the unit to the buyers upon completion.

It would be good to contact your salesperson and have it sort it out for you.
