Hi, I am currently a 3 Room HDB owner SC (Never took any grant, but i took 1 time HDB Loan before). I want to ask if my 3 room flat were to undergo En-Bloc, and i eligible to reselect a 4 room or 5 room for my replacement flat. I am a freelancer without salary declaration, Am i eligible to another HDB for max how many years and how much % am i entitled due to En-Bloc? Thanks
