I am considering to invest on a property in Geylang but I am worried if I can get any potential buyers in the next 5 years after it is build, cos after all, it is Geylang... popular to be the red light district.
Will any potential family unit interested to get a two bedrooms unit? If yes, may I ask the reasons why? Is there any reasons that I might miss out?
