Hi,

Are you referring to a condominium?
Any outstanding loan from first property?
A general outlay, assuming 80% loan:
20% Cash-
5% Cash, 15% CPF

3% BSD
7% ABSD for 2nd property
Legal misc fees
No agent fees for private property purchase

May I understand why you are considering to purchase in 2-3 years time? As you know, market sentiments are weak and it is at a downswing with prices low and extremely attractive. If you are keen on purchasing a property, why not bring that forward? You might wish to alternatively consider a new launch now, which will TOP at a date you wish to purchase in the near future. Like mentioned, prices are extremely competitive with price cuts as high as 20-30% in some projects. This will never be possible in the future with Reviewal of cooling measures or rather when the market stabilizes.
You may wish to leverage on the weak market to get you a better deal now! It's about picking the right property at the right place at the right time.
