hi, i am considering ascertia sky and wonder if the side facing alexandra road or redhill MRT is better. the alexandra road can be busy and the redhill side is a quieter side but it has the MRT tracks.

also, which floor onwards is better on both sides?

and is the space where the showroom currently is going to be a high rise commercial development?
