Afternoon Maggie,

You can first get someone who your know or trust to act as your attorney. You can then get a legal firm from your side to draft the documents and have it courier over. He or she can then sign the documents in the presence of notary public and then courier it back to you. When your legal firm received it, they will then proceed with the necessary and have the completed Power of Attorney forwarded to your friend or relative. With this, we can proceed with the rest of the work.
