You may want to look at Caribbean at Keppel Bay. Unit at around 1200 to 1300 sqft are going at around $2 mil. Each unit rental is around $6k to $8k. Or a penthouse unit may cost around $3.5 mil and rental price at around $10k to $11k.

For the purchase of private property, there's no limit as an Indian. If you are purchasing by cash, you need to prepare addition buyer's stamp duty of 10% for each property.

In reference to loan rate, you can work with SBI or even HSBC for your mortgage financing. With financing in mind, bank might grant you 80% loan for first property and 60% loan for second property.
