Hi, I am an employment pass holder. I am planning to renew my condo lease however, my landlord said there is a new rule that requires a minimum lease period or validity of 6 months in order to stay in the condo. Therefore, he suggested to renew the contract for 2 years lease instead of 1 year due to this 6 months clause required by MOM. Is this correct, can anyone elaborate to me this new rules?
