Please correct me if otherwise. Are you saying that you would buy the first property with cash and then avail of LAP ( Loan Against Property) to buy the next property.

I am an Ex- Retail Banker - SCB, may i please request you to speak or write to the Banks in Singapore and get a clear understanding of the process, as this would enable you to draft your complete buying plan.
