With that kind of budget and if you can take up a loan, you have plenty of options to choose from, hence more important thing is what kind of investment objectives are you trying to secure? The answers may not necessarily lead to a shophouse purchase. Purchasing hdb shophouses also require certain eligibility conditions, depending on the buyer profile. HDB shophouse at good location are difficult to come nowadays.

May I suggest you look at office space.

I do have a very good office for sale at the West. Very good location near to MRT, International Business Park, Shopping Malls and many more. Best time to invest now before price goes up as more future developmental plan will be reveal.
