Hi i am a Singaporean, currently living in KL, Malaysia. Am i eligible to buy a HDB property in Singapore through housing loan

Hi,

If you are 35 years old and above, you are eligible for the Single Singapore Citizen Scheme which allows you to purchase HDB Resale Property. If you currently own private or overseas property, you have to dispose them within 6 months of key collection to HDB. Thanks and may I assist you further with your housing requirements?

Hi, I am 31 yrs as of now. Am i still eligible. I do not own any property overseas.I would like to apply for HDB housing loan and buy the same. Appreciate your help with my questions. Thank you.

You also qualify for HDB Housing Loan and CPF grant, provided your income does not exceed $10K per month. Thanks and hope to get in touch with you. Read More
