Hi! I am a main tenant with 3 subtenants. I no longer have a work here in SG and was planning to go back to Philippines this December 29. But the problem is, my subtenants are still in the house but were not willing to pay for the full monthly rental fee. I stayed in our house for 1 year and 9 months. The contract will end on April 10. It is hard to find someone that can replace me since there are only 3 months left before the contract expires. Please advise if we can also exercise diplomatic clause in this case even if I am the only one that is no longer employed here in Singapore. Thanks!
