Hi I am a foreigner looking for a New condo with private pool. High floor. Penthouse OK. I heard that new projects pay in stages . How do I make payment from overseas ? Can I convert the roof terrace into a garden in Singapore ? Thanks

Hi, as foreigner, you have to pay additional buyer stamp duty on top of the buyer stamp duty. I can recommend a few projects with you requirements.
