Hi, i am a foreigner and looking for an investment property to purchase within the range of 400-500K (open to studio/bedroom). Is this reasonable in the singaporean market these days?. Also, am I able to pay 10% loan as deposit?. I know its a requirement to pay 20% on hand. Your advice is much appreciated.
