Hi, I am a 33 year old single Singaporean looking for a condo for investment. I have no property in hand now but had previously owned a HDB flat. I am looking for a condo pricing around 600k to 700k.
is it possible if I want to buy it solely under my name or must I have another name to tag along? Does the new cooling measure, ABSD affect me?
