hi, i am a 1st time hdb flat buyer. this year i am age 46. i want to buy a 2rm or 1rm new type studio hdb flat for rental investment. please guide me along about this. i need the infos about the websites to look for such infos + the fund to get prepared for this purchase + the loan period + the investment yield return.
