Hi, how much cash/cpf do we need in order to purchase a $1.5mil condo? Is there any differences in the payment between a resale or a new one? We're actually looking for one that we can move in soon. As I'm currently not working, is it possible to purchase one under my name, without my husband's but joint payment?
