hi gurus,we need some advice. we have rented a condo for 1 year.after completion of the lease, during the time of handover the owner could not find any fault yet he withheld our deposit.both owner and his agent are avoiding our ph calls.the agent from our side is also saying he can not do anything in this stage.pls advice us what we can do to get back our deposit.we have all the receipts.tks in advance.
