Hi Gurus,
Wish to confirm upfront payment to rent a HDB unit. Assuming if unit is $2000. 1) Deposit $2000 to secure the unit. 2) 1/2 Month agent fee ($1000) if 1 yr lease. 3) Stamp duty. Any other fee to take note of? If i want to start on 1st May, when will be my 1st monthly rental payment? Thanks and appreciate it!
