Such matters to the rental pricing. There are 1 bedrooms going for as low as $1500 for the slightly older projects too. A higher end bigger sized unit like Mandarin Gardens can command just above $2200, therefore it is not easy to nail down on pricing based on this superficial question alone.
Look into the following:
1) Size of project
2) Size of apartment
3) Furnishing options
4) Conditions of apartment
5) Project facilities
6) Amenities
7) Project age
