Hi Gurus, we have just taken over our condo. It is a sub sale unit. Is it true that defects list can only be submitted once ? The ex owner's agent submitted the list after we exercised the option. The rectification works are still not done. The management refused to give us a copy of the list submitted and told us they only accept one defects list per unit. Warranty will expire in October. Can we submit our own defects list ? Thank you very much.
