Hi Gurus, We are a couple of PR owning a HDB flat at Blk 613 West Coast #02 from 2009, now would like to upgrade to 4 rooms flat also in Clementi area.Can both of two transactions be done by engaging the same agents? Btw, the biggest challenge for me is that we have low in cash, just about 25-30k. Is there any chance for us? Could someone help me to do some simple evaluation here based on estimation calculations? Afternoon Sean,

The current estimated valuation for your unit is around $315k to $335k, with possible COV asking of around $15k to $28k.

As for 4 room flat within Clementi, there are some units around Blk 5XX and 7XX with COV asking of around $30k to $45k. This is their asking price and you might still stand a chance though it might post as a challenge.
