Hi Gurus,
My mop is in 5 months time.I was thinking to upgrade to new ec and afraid that my 5 room flat in punggol will not be able to sell due to the recent cooling measures.I have to sell my flat first as i don't have much cash to pay for the downpayment of ec. My wife and I both below 35 years old,Our total income is about 4.3k,felt that it's our best last chance to upgrade considering that our age,we are still able to get the max loan tenure and bigger home loans from banks.We need an agent who will be able to help us in selling our house at the best price,help us find a master bedroom or studio unit to rent,and do a meticulous calculation,such as our affordabilty TDSR, and advise us.We hope to get or book,make payment for the new ec unit right after our flat is sold,we dont want to be homeless for a long time.Our preferred location is Punggol.Hope we could get an agent who is very experienced and helped many successful HDB upgraders.
