Hi Gurus, My Amk flat has been listed close to 8 months but still not sold. Is that consider normal in current market? My flat is low level, but good conditions. I'm with an exclusive right agreement with an agent, had renewed twice. Both times the valuation report was paid by her. If I were not to renew the agreement with her further, do I have to pay back the valuation report fee? Usually, how many times would one continue to renew the exclusive agreement with the same agent when the flat was not sold for a long time? Thanks for any advice.

Morning, Depending on the agreement signed, you do not need to pay for the valuation report even if you choose not to continue with her services. Depending on your unit's location, ethnic restriction, facing and asking price, the pace of sales might be affected. Do feel free to contact me for non-obligatory discussion.
