Hi Guru's, me and my husband intending to sell our 3 room flat and currently looking for either a spacious EM or 5 room flat. What is your recommendation? Is it a good time to sell my flat and upgrade to a bigger flat like EM & 5 room?

It's never possible to time the market to buy at the lowest and sell at the highest. If your financial standing is healthy and good, it would be good to proceed as planned.
