Dear Ms Jo Ann,

To be considering investments of landed properties within districts 1-10, you are being considered to be cream of the crop as the number of landed homes within these districts are low, and usually associated with big homes, usually the filthy rich can afford to be considering. The potential of properties in these districts is extremely good but on hindsight, you may wish to note that the pace of liquidity may take longer than those in the rest of central area or out of central area.

Having focused primarily in the landed segment for the past few years, may I humbly recommend myself to value add to your investment in landed homes?
