Hi Gurus, its always a great support from you !!!
My quick question, any new freehold launch which has 1 bedroom condo (not studio) in the vicinity of Tiong Bahru MRT? Additionally, I would like to know TOP date as well?

It would be great, if you can send me the detail progressive payment schedule/template.
